Inside Sales Associate (Patient Educator)

**The Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Respond via outbound phone calls to 50-150 warm leads per day.- Have a deep understanding of Assure Health's clinical value and be able to communicate that to prospective patients- Answer any incoming phone calls from prospective customers and provide them with clear, detailed answers to their questions- Use scripts when applicable to provide information to prospective patients.- Ask pertinent questions to be able to provide prospective patients with a thorough understanding of our program and how it may benefit them- Input all potential patient information into Salesforce CRM**Requirements and Skills**:- 1+ years of previous experience as telemarketer or similar Sales/Customer Service role- Able to be empathetic towards patients with chronic conditions- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proficient in English and Spanish- Able to negotiate and deal with complaints- Persistent in a kind manner and results-oriented- Patient and able to handle rejection
