**Tasks**:Within Call Center: coordinate and supervise the processes according to the supply chain needs and agreements in order to increase Customer Centricity of the company and add value to ISS processes and the work flow.Within ISS: manage, generate and execute order tracing processes to optimize SC flow, minimize operating costs and provide an excellent customer service, working along with all the areas involved in the Sales Process to achieve the previously established objectives.Being the focal point for coordination and communication between Operations and Call Center, guaranteeing the training, understanding and frequent updating of all operations processes, for which the Call Center should give support to.Create, implement and track KPI's to steer the Call Center performance and guarantee performance excellence. In case of performance improving needs, create an action plan and steer all improvement initiatives.Seek for continuous improvement together with the Project Manager for the Call Center.Steering of internal Customer Centricity roadmap of the Operations area.Managing purchase orders and monthly ontime payments with supplier with cost allocation accoording to cost center of each area.**Qualifications**:- Education / Certification: Bachelors Degree in administration, or related.- English skills is highly desirable but not obligated.- Professional experience in Call center at least 2 to 5 years.- Professional Experience in inside sales at least 1 year is strongly preferred.- "Project and/or Process Experience": Participated in one or more projects (min. 6 months) is highly desirable.- Supplier's management previous knowledge will be a strong plus.- Basic Knowledge in KPIs- Customer service oriented**About us**:Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
