****Summary**Responsible for facilitating customer service requests and responses for primary customer contacts**Responsibilities**- Responsible for customer service functions to assigns customers- Facilitate customer change request including schedule changes with other teams and customers- Provide support of sales team functions including word processing, spreadsheets, and other reports- Responsible for participating in contract review- Responsible for entering orders and forecast into MDSS- Responsible to direct the shipping department on shipments relating to assigned customer- Comply with safety and environmental regulations from plant and external agencies**Experience /Requirements /Qualifications**- Related Technical experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- English Intermediate- Proficient in the use of personal computers and microsoft software including access, excel, word and outlook- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment- Knowledge on MRP, Kan Ban, Synchronous material flow, and JIT, preferred, but not required, will train- Excellent telephone etiquette.- Must possess a team player attitude- Safety- ESD- Production documentation- Kan Ban- TS16949- MDSS- Epic's- Forecast input system- ETMS- Web repair, CFT tracker- Introduction ISO 13485Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
