This position will manage the generation of new leads with automated strategies and communicate with the customer onboarding rep. The main objective of this role is to obtain a high level of registrations of new users. (venues/artists)**Responsibilities**:- Meet or exceed new lead registration quotas (venues/artists)- Support new venues through every aspect of registration and remain available as a direct line of support through the booking process.- Diligently reach out to designated business leads as well as always looking for opportunities to expand Hedlyner's reach- Coordinate between the business development team- Maintain organized customer files and detailed records of communication and follow-up- **Job requirements**:- Prior customer service and sales experience- Fluent English writer and speaker- Based in Mexico- Creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills- Excellent computer literacy skills- Willingness to work from home and self-manage schedule to reach goals- Must have communication tools (phone and computer)- Must have access to a solid internet connection- A passion for live music is a plus!!**Job Type**: Tiempo completo**Salary**: $14,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Horarios flexibles- Trabajar desde casaSchedule:- Horario flexibleEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
