Every day.As internal sales you will:Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivering the value of our products and services.Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs, stressing the unique selling points and follow up.Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it matches the customer needs.Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and decision-making.Responsibilities:Registration of RFQ's & Preparation of quotes in the ERP system.Sets & negotiates prices in accordance with policies and guidelines provided by the Sales manager.Quote follow up and closing of orders.Identify customer's commercial needs, based on historic sales among other things, to secure our position, increase our market share, and win new business.Development of customer relationships and customer loyalty plan in alignment with Field Sales.Responsible for developing and maintaining sales in alignment with Field Sales.Improve/keep up to date the information in our ERP and CRM system.Data Driven Sales & Lead Management:Analyze sales, prepare regular statistics and suggest/propose strategies to improve our market position.Analyze, select, and approach prospects using tools like Installed base/CRM, in alignment with Field Sales and Sales Manager.Identify new opportunities for external customers and share with field sales.Provide input to the Sales Manager for the pricing strategy based on analysis of data from CRM and other internal tools/databases.Your Profile:Has a Bachelor's Degree as an engineer.Has 2 years in a commercial area in a similar position & network within the engineering industry or manufacturing field
