To fulfill our mission, we need:
- Your commitment to follow technical sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval services.- Your support to follow up qualified leads to convert them into orders.- Act as a team player supporting the sales team by providing direct support to customer during the quotation process making sure that the proposal adds value to the customer.- Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.- Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services.
To be successful in this position it is important to keep your databases up to date in the CRM tool, ensure quality in your deliverables, maintain continuous improvement to be competitive and flexibility to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
The profile that fit with these duties is:
- A bachelor's degree as engineering, or any related field- Has manufacture experience on metal work industry, service is a plus.- Has at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer support or technical/product sales engineer.- Proved English and Spanish skills C1 is a plus
