AAF is where you'll be heard, be valued, belong — and be able to make your mark.**Our Company Values**:We endeavour to create a work environment that reflects the culture of the company, and we encourage every member of our staff to embrace our commitment to be:- Professional- Quality Driven- Goal Orientated- Customer Focused- Continuously Improving- Flexible- Open & Integrated- Continuously Improving**Position Summary**:We are currently recruiting for a **Inside Sales II** to join our existing Industrial Air Quality team within our Power & Industrial (P&I) division.**Position Responsibilities**:- Execute annual goals and objectives of the Sales & Marketing plan for IAQAftermarket business unit, within assigned region, to suit AAF growth plan.- Successfully completes assigned tasks from individual annual action plans frommanagement.- Develop relationships with new and existing customers through managing allincoming and outgoing customer communications ensuring high quality service to the assigned and created customers.- Work closely with the outside sales team, understand customer needs, and utilizeknowledge to develop and grow AM business.- Serves as key member of the aftermarket sales team for IAQ Mexico & Latin America, with responsibility for sales of aftermarket parts and lead generation.- Serves as regional contact for IAQ aftermarket inquiries from existing or potentialcustomers and provides quotations and sales support as necessary.- Track enquires of the organization's aftermarket parts products & services bytelephoning new and existing customers.- Supports IAQ aftermarket sales promotions and marketing programs for assignedregion.- Maintain strong, accurate and current aftermarket sales pipeline for the region,within SalesForce.- Provide reps with pricing strategies and competitive information to ensure salessuccess.- Support reps training on AAF aftermarket products, sales processes, and anysupporting tools
