**Cero Deuda is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Sales Call Center Manager to our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for the overall success of an assigned team of sales representatives. You will be responsible for growing revenue and managing a winning team of phone-based sales representatives. The focus of this role is to drive sales by helping the team posit**ion our **unique value proposition to potential & existing customers.**

**As Sales Manager you will**:
- Drive enrollment and collected revenue while creating a great customer experience.
- Be responsible for training, mentoring, coaching and overall team performance
- Manage motivate and train a team of 20-30 Inside sales professionals and growing
- Establish measurable goals and KPIs for success and provide guidance to ensure they are met
- Develop and implement process and operational improvements and creative strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a positive, professional work environment consistent with the Vision, mission and culture.
**Job Requirements**:
- 5+ years sales experience preferred with at least 3+ years leading managing, training, coaching and leading sales teams in a call center environment. Experience in a Financially oriented services sales environment such as Tax Resolution, Debt mitigation, Bankruptcy, Insurance, mortgage origination, etc. a plus
- Drive and motivation to be successful and reach new financial heights with demonstrated success in managing and motivating inside sales teams to exceed expectations
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a must
- Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through to completion
- Demonstrated performance in high volume sales environment
- History of building sales teams and meeting and exceeding sales performance targets
- Competitive in nature, and a desire to outperform your peers

- Well versed in sales technology (CRM, E-Sign, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
