Inside Sales Representative

**Job Description**:Winsupply South San Diego, a leading wholesale plumbing supplier based in National City, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Inside Sales Representative. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or preferred remote workspace.**Responsibilities**:- Assisting customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.- Managing order fulfillment information in our in-house delivery management system- Generating accurate and detailed quotes based on customer requirements.- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery.- Maintaining and updating customer records in our internal database.- Utilizing various software platforms, including Slack and Airtable, to facilitate communication and manage customer interactions.- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.**Requirements**:- Proficient English language skills - about 70% of your customer facing conversations will be held in English- Comfortable using modern software tools - our team uses a modern tech stack (Slack, Airtable, Notion), you'll be expected to use these tools daily- Incredible care - we need people who see our customer's success as their personal responsibility- Detail oriented - our jobs require us to manage a lot of information at once, you'll need- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required**Payment**:- Monthly salary of U$D 1300- Payments are processed and sent via WISE or a similar platform at an established frequency (bi-weekly)
