This is very important to us!You will have the opportunity to learn the real estate investing industry from the inside out...Connecting with real homeowners and solving problems to acquire deeply discounted properties.Compensation: $30,000-$70,000 per year with commission & bonus**Compensation**:$30,000-$70,000 Per Year**Responsibilities**:- Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients- Be an expert problem solver and dealmaker- Nurture ALL seller relationships- Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of the latest developments- Manage deals from start to finish, to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner- Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, attorneys, etc.- Keep CRM up to date with the latest developments and new client research information- Focus on maintaining a customer-centric approach- Provide ongoing customer service to all clients- Provide the Partners with the end-of-day report(s)- Any other tasks assigned by management**Qualifications**:Are you proud of your ability to communicate in a timely and concise manner?
