TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.**Responsibilities**:- Provide top-tier customer support for TE products, advising on technical aspects and driving design solutions.- Cultivate and enhance customer relationships, focusing on measurable value and sales opportunities.- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from diverse sources, fostering daily interactions for future sales.- Proactively initiate outbound calls to generate high-quality opportunities with potential customers.- Collaborate with internal teams like production, sales, engineering, and logistics to address inquiries.- Nurture potential sales through regular touch points and demonstrate flexibility in changing business conditions.**What your background should look like**:- Customer service experience (Sales and/or Outbound calling experience a plus) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.- Bachelor's Degree required (e.G. Engineering/ Business/ Marketing).- Fluent in written and spoken English and another language.- Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness.- Energized by a desire to help and connect with people.- Demonstrated ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities and manage time effectively.- Team player, critical thinker, self-motivated and proactive positive attitude.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.
