TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide top-tier customer support for TE products, advising on technical aspects and driving design solutions.
- Cultivate and enhance customer relationships, focusing on measurable value and sales opportunities.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from diverse sources, fostering daily interactions for future sales.
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to generate high-quality opportunities with potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams like production, sales, engineering, and logistics to address inquiries.
- Nurture potential sales through regular touch points and demonstrate flexibility in changing business conditions.
**What your background should look like**:
- Customer service experience (Sales and/or Outbound calling experience a plus) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's Degree required (e.g. Engineering/ Business/ Marketing).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and another language.
- Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness.
- Energized by a desire to help and connect with people.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Team player, critical thinker, self-motivated and proactive positive attitude.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required. SAP knowledge is a plus.
