**Job Description**:
As an Inside Sales representative, you are the primary contar new leads and some existing customeom small and medium sized businesses.
You are responsibr selling all Confidencial products through a consultative sales approach.
Our Inside Sales Representatives are customcused by providing the best to make businesses run more efficiently.
Serve as the primary contact and product exper new leads as well as existing accounts
Maintain a high level of consultative, solution-based selling to sell Confidencial products
Showcase Confidencial products to customers through online product demos
Field and qualify inbound leaom phone calls and online chat
Maintain account records and pipeline projections in CRM tools
Quote customers and maintain appropriallow up throughout the sales process to win the account
Collaborate with technical sales engineers to ensure customers
- needs are met
Demonstrate deep understanding of your customers
- business practices and how Confidencial solves their problems
Meet or exceed your assigned quotaand weekly KPI-s
**Qualifications**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills in both English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
You love to talk to people about their business and are great at developing trust.
You are a great listener.
At least year of related sales Importante empresa in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred)
Hunter attitude, you enjoy proactive outreach and uncovering customer needs
Time management
