Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you as an Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for Provides service and support to customers and the outside sales team. Builds strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Research market for competitive pricing information; creates reports to summarize pricing. May make recommendations on next steps.
About the job:
- Work with Regional Manager, Sales Engineers and assigned Sales Reps to identify, generate and follow up on new business opportunities.- Provide Key Account Management - International coordination when necessary.- Travel as needed to customers or reps for any territory issues.- Sales and Marketing programs to promote and sell products.- Provide Customer Service Rep support on order management; and reps on LFBC processes and training.- Contacts customers after the sale to provide ongoing service and support to resolve problems..- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service- Ability to analyze data and provide marketwise recommendations.- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP- Knowledge of market, channels, customers, and product line- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong organizational and follow-up skills- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.- Results oriented.- Problem solving skills.- High attention to detail.- Capable to deal with different customer profiles.- Capable of making responsible decisions without fear or assuming responsibilities.
