Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative.
What you'll do:Are you a driven team member, resourceful and motivated by a challenge! If so, and you are looking for the next step in your career, Eaton's North American Sales Division is currently seeking Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid position, remote and in our Woodridge facility.
Position Overview:
This is an inside sales position whereby you will be charged with supporting IT distributors while working on a team that is dedicated to supporting a variety of accounts. The successful person in this role will act as front-line support to internal and external reps utilizing given tools and autonomy.
Duties included: Providing lead times, pricing, availability, and general administrative support including data entry to customers.

In this function you will:
- Support the corresponding Director, internal sales team and customer for a specific branch of IT Distribution
- Focused on CRM tool entry and processing quotes.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Track customer open orders.
- Ad hoc reporting
- Provide project support as assigned and back-up role support for team members.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum one (1) year of professional experienceNo relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of (LOCATION) to be considered.Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the futurePreferred Qualifications: Customer service experienceKnowledge of basic ExcelUnderstanding of B2B salesSkills:• Written & Verbal Communication Skills in person & virtual
