Make an Impact We have an opening for an experienced and proactive Inside Sales Representative. This role will focus on managing the sales process remotely using digital communication tools such as video conferences, phone calls, emails, chat, social media, and other online channels. The Inside Sales Representative will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals within designated market segments. The position involves handling both inbound and outbound sales. Inbound sales occur when a potential customer reaches out after learning about the product or service, while outbound sales involve proactively contacting potential customers to close deals. How Will You Make an Impact? Manage a sales budget according to the designated market segment.Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly contact targets, based on prospecting cycles, evaluation, addressing inquiries, closing deals, or discarding leads.Qualify leads based on profiles of professors, coordinators, and academic authorities aligned with our products, sourced from various channels: marketing campaigns, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), cold outreach through websites, among others.Manage all potential customer relationships using our CRM system.Utilize automation tools and/or generative AI to create sales emails, prospect proposals, or social media posts in a semi-automated manner.Conduct virtual product demonstrations using video conferencing tools.A Successful Candidate Will Have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in remote sales, preferably in the educational or pharmaceutical sectors, such as call centers for online universities like UVM, UNITEC, TecMilenio, etc.Experience with cold calling and emailing. Cold prospecting involves reaching out to potential customers who have not previously shown interest in the company's product or service.Strong communication skills for interacting with clients via phone or video calls, with effective communication and active listening being essential.Negotiation skills to close deals effectively.Proficiency in collaboration tools to integrate conversations into workflows.Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for building relationships with potential clients.Why Work With Us?
