As an Inside Sales representative, you are the primary contact for new leads and some existing customers from small and medium-sized businesses. You are responsible for selling all TeamViewer products through a consultative sales approach. Our Inside Sales Representatives are customer focused by providing the best solutions to make businesses run more efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact and product expert for new leads as well as existing accounts.Maintain a high level of consultative, solution-based selling to sell TeamViewer products.Showcase TeamViewer products to customers through online product demos.Field and qualify inbound leads from phone calls and online chat.Follow up on new leads from campaigns including webinars, social ads, and emails.Maintain account records and pipeline projections in CRM tools.Quote customers and maintain appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process to win the account.Collaborate with technical sales engineers to ensure customers' needs are met.Demonstrate deep understanding of your customers' business practices and how TeamViewer solves their problems.Meet or exceed your assigned quota and weekly KPI's.RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.English and Portuguese MANDATORY.You love to talk to people about their business and are great at developing trust. You are a great listener.At least 1 year of related sales experience in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred).Hunter attitude, you enjoy proactive outreach and uncovering customer needs.Time management- you'd describe yourself as a multi-tasker and can handle a high volume of leads.Intermediate understanding of both PC and mobile devices.You're a pro using the Microsoft Suite of products, and you have experience with CRM tools. Bonus points for Microsoft Dynamics.Ability to create sales opportunities through proactive outbound contact.You have a proven record of hitting and exceeding your quota.College degree or equivalent experience.What we offer:Compensation: Salary of MXN $360,000 annually + commission of MXN $360,000 annually by hitting goals + On Top / Overrides.
