With more than 50 team members, the team forms a well-linked network across a variety of locations, lifestyles, and backgrounds.**About the role**:**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and coverage on all front lines (phone/chat/live chat/social media)- Follow up with each patient to assure appointment attendance and sales targets- Actively listen to patients' needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and achieve their medical or dental goals.- Log and track all leads through our CRM.- Respond to all leads within the agreed SLA.- Collaborate with other inside sales team members to help achieve company goals.- Build a strong sales pipeline by following up on cold leads and referrals for future bookings.- Work within the agreed schedule. (Available to work on weekends if required)- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.- Attend training and coaching sessions as required.- Help build the world's largest global medical and dental online agency.**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED**- Attend regular team meetings- Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.- Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.'s sales and revenues objectives- Help build the world's largest global medical marketplace**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- 2-3 years Sales experience.- 2+ years **Cold calling experience (Outbound call is a must)**:- Fluent in English (verbal and written)- Familiarity & knowledge of dental procedures is a plus.- Excellent listening and writing skills with a 40+ WPM typing ability- Travel savvy - international travel experience will be an advantage.- Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools.- Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.- Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)- Experience with the dental industry is a plus
