Omron Automation - We are looking for an energetic and focused Direct Account -Inside Sales Specialist in Mexico. The position will be the first contact with prospective customers. Sales lead qualification and nurturing are the key day-to-day activities.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Partner with Account Managers an throughout the Request for Proposal process to develop innovative, insight-driven initiatives to help grow business by bringing measurable ROI for Direct Account clients- Sales Lead Nurturing: Build interest level of high value prospects and maintain contact until a sales opportunity is identified. Develop prospect profile using internal and external data sources.- CRM Data Logging: Capture data about calls and prospects in order to identify quality of lead sources, marketing messages, and track workflow for each lead.- Interact with Marketing, Technical Support and field sales teams in order to develop messages, build product knowledge and hand off sales opportunities.- Provide a commitment to internal & external customer service.- Represent Omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.- Represents the Omron Guiding Principles through personal and business interactions with employees, distributors, and colleagues.**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFCATIONS**:**Education**: 5-10 years of industry experience preferably manufacturing, electrical/electronic or Bachelor's Degree.**Experience**: 5-10 years of industry experience preferably manufacturing, electrical/electronics.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - **The responsibilities listed below are representative, but not all inclusive of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to satisfactorily and successfully perform the essential duties of this position.
