**IN OMRON MEXICO, WE ARE LOOKING OUR NEW INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST, JOIN US**Omron Automation - Americas is looking for an energetic and focused Inside Sales Specialist for the Americas. The position will be the first contact with prospective customers. Sales lead qualification and nurturing are the key day-to-day activities.**Responsibilities**:- Sales Lead Nurturing: Build interest level of high value prospects and maintain contact until a sales opportunity is identified. Develop prospect profile using internal and external data sources.- CRM Data Logging: Capture data about calls and prospects in order to identify quality of lead sources, marketing messages, and track workflow for each lead.- Interact with Marketing, Technical Support and field sales teams in order to develop messages, build product knowledge and hand off sales opportunities.- Provide a commitment to internal & external customer service.- Represent Omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.- Represents the Omron Guiding Principles through personal and business interactions with employees, distributors, and colleagues.**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years of industry experience preferably manufacturing, electrical/electronics or Bachelor's Degree.- Capable of taking a prospect thru entire sales cycle to point of order- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM software preferred.- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.- Energetic, aggressive, focused and a highly motivated self-starter.- Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to win.- Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with strong organizational skills.- Team player mentality but able to work independently as required.- Strong interpersonal, listening, questioning and communication skills (written and oral)- Experience with Oracle CRM preferred
