You will be reporting directly to your Global Inside Sales Manager for your assigned tasks.Main Responsibilities:Leading Inside Sales responsibilities by dealing with day-to-day business activities and different customer requests in the AMER-LATAM region.Lead role in renewing Maintenance & Support contract for all customers in AMER-LATAM region.Proactively identifying areas of upsell and help Sales team in closing the deals.Lead role in renewing all SaaS business in AMER-LATAM region.Assisting Sales Team in processing quotes, purchase orders & legal agreements.Acting as a point of contact to ensure smooth flow of information between Finance, Sales, Logistic, Legal team and customers.Assisting in organizing internal team meetings and quarterly Sales meetings.Preparing regular monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for your region.Updating and maintaining information in Salesforce related to all customers and partners in the assigned region.Work closely with Inside Sales teams from other regions and identify areas of improvement to streamline the processes.Other duties may be assigned as per business needs.Required Skills and Experience:Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries.Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision.Team player with a hunger to make a difference in the company.Written and verbal English language at business level. Spanish is a must.Excellent level of skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.Good level in Salesforce is a plus.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to speak in front of stakeholders.Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone and video.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience:3-5+ years of experience.Experience working with customer accounts.Experience doing annual renewals.Ability to exercise judgment.Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong time management, negotiation, and organization skills.Capable of managing multiple tasks and working well under pressure.Must be a self-starter, resourceful and able to participate in a highly collaborative, team-oriented work environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality and assist on sensitive matters with discretion.Ability to effectively interface with other departments, across all levels of the organization and with technology partners and potential partners and maintain cooperative working relationships
