Description and RequirementsThe Inside Sales Support is responsible for working with a pool of account managers to help them in the daily back office (Quotes, proposals, etc.) so that the Account Manager can focus on selling and managing the strategy of SMB projects, and spend more time with the customer. The ISS is also in charge of developing all kinds of reports to support the strategic goals.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, system engineering, or similar.Strong knowledge of computer systems and technical specs.Good written and fluent spoken English.Must be able to work well with various personalities.2 years of experience in sales operations.At least 1 year in hardware and computer sales.Focus on teamwork; drive to achieve and commitments (we do what we say).A person with clear convictions, very organized, focused on results, and dedicated to service excellence.Additional Locations: Mexico - Distrito Federal - Mexico D.F.
