We will work together to ensure that clients receive service to our top-notch quality standards.**The Job**:- Your main responsibilities will be to:- **Supervise** a team of 60+ quality inspectors in America, oversee their performance through Key Performance Indicators. Take actions based on their results.- ** Act** as a trainer and coach, provide technical support and guidance to inspectors.- ** Train **quality inspectors to the inspection standard processes and clients' specific requirements and inspection protocols.- ** Lead** the investigations to establish whether any claims related to the inspectors' actions are legitimate.- ** Perform quality **inspec**tions**- In order to be successful in this role, you must have:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; strong familiarity withQuality Management- Practical experience in performing QC inspections with a strong desire to improve internal protocols- Strong willingness and potential to become a manager of high-scale teams with a mindset oriented towards performance management- Ability to travel all over America to meet your team members- Excellent level of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
