I lead and inspire through the Country Communication Team and functions to achieve I&C excellence, sales growth and profitability. I set and maintain a clear direction for all communication functions.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB- Lead and inspire the Country Inspiration & Communication Managers, Ikano Retail Loyalty and I&C roles. Using deep knowledge of communicating and inspiring consumers in the market with the IKEA Brand, Range Presentation, Commerciality, IKEA home furnishing and Local Relevance to grow the business supporting long-term profitability.- Inspire and challenge the SO Sales, Business Navigation, Fulfilment and Store Commercial Teams to support and develop the IKEA visual identity. Together exploit commercial opportunities both in the short- and long term.- Partner with the Country Communication and Inspiration teams to support the commercial agenda each year in all media. - Contributor to the development of Commercial Review performance in the stores.- As member of the regional management team contribute with knowledge Communication and Com&In function creating and implementing the IKEA SEA business plan, long term strategies and commercial performance agenda.- Contributor to secure succession for future. Lead the process for how to recruit, develop and retain high performing and engaged co-workers.- Accountable to secure vitality and seasonality leading the country SO teams in the effective execution the commercial calendar partnering with other SO HODs
