.You will serve as a Quantum installation project specialist coordinating a large volume of deployments. The position is responsible for ensuring the coordination of project deliverables associated with each deployment. This requires case management of tasks, kick-off calls, scheduling, closure activities, and administrative functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams responsible for the delivery of services as well as customers and partners.**You Are A Part Of**:Quantum's Global Project Management Office is responsible for coordinating the delivery of services across a broad product and services portfolio. You will play a critical role as the focal point to our customers for the coordination and delivery of our services.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Perform non-technical project management: oversight on Service Deployments supporting the customers project from sales order through delivery completion.- Use your best judgment to determine appropriate deliverables and resource commitments on complex projects.- Build productive and trustworthy internal/external working relationships to deliver an effective and efficient strategy for the customer and Quantum.- Ensure completed project records are consistently obtained from cross-functional teams, are distributed, and stored in the defined repositories.- Document constraints that limit progression, success, and sustainability of a project.- Prioritize each project using the following criteria: project requirements, severity, sensitivity, and importance driven by cross-functional teams within the business. Organize internal resources based on the same criteria.- Identify, and communicate effectively with, all appropriate external stakeholders such as: end-users, partners, resellers, customer appointed consultants, and distributors.- Distribute specific project materials to the appropriate audience through the collection and integration of various documents such as: booking packets, checklists, trip reports, pre-install paperwork, design worksheets, drawings, diagrams, statement of work, and site readiness forms.- Deliver a comprehensive closeout on each project to provide an accurate audit trail, measurement of quality, and any recommendations for future success.- Keep the attitude of delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction on every project as top of mind.**Required Skills and/or Experience**:- 2-5 years of project management and installation coordination of products and solutions experience.- Requires strong English speaking skills to moderate project kick-off calls, customer communication, and internal cross-functional communication.- Requires strong English writing skills to document and distribute detailed meeting minutes in a technical nature.- Ability to quickly grasp and understand basic technical information.- IT industry experience is a plus.- Requires experience Microsoft with Excel, Word, PPT
