Job Summary:This position will provide system and process support for the printing department, following and analyzing specific data. Strong analytical skills are essential for this role.Years of Experience Needed: 0 – 2Technical Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in an experimentation analyst role.Strong understanding of financial analysis and forecasting.Excellent problem-solving skills.High level of attention to detail.Certifications Needed:Graduate Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.Responsibilities:Customer-facing role in the specified assigned region.Main task: process customer purchase orders and follow up. Support day-to-day activities and transactions (training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes, and archiving all transaction documentation).Excellence in customer service.Ensure a high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.Prioritize workload with a high attention to detail and proven organizational and administrative skills.Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Thrive in a fast-paced/high-revenue environment, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and meeting specific schedules for coverage of assigned activities.Any other activities or tasks related or complementary to principal activities.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16,800.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 45116, Zapopan, Jal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
