**We are Kueski**, and our mission is to develop an ecosystem of financial products which are simple and convenient for our users.
We are part of the financial digital transformation, being one of the key players in México.The Instore Promotion Lead is responsible for increasing and maintaining Kueski's share of instore checkouts.
The role is responsible for hiring, training, and growing a team of Instore Promoters who increase Kueski Pay awareness and sales at assigned retail stores throughout Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Maintain customer and retail partner experience through instore enablement, interaction, and support- Recruit, hire, develop, train, and motivate a team of Instore Promoters- Organize and oversee schedules, territories, and performance of Instore Promoters- Organize and oversee incentive programs for the store sellers- Ensure Instore Promoters gain, maintain, and convey a thorough understanding of Kueski Pay value proposition and functionality to retailers and consumers- Ensure Instore Promoters promote Kueski Pay through demos, training, and coaching (side-by-side selling) so that they fully understand how our product works and are beneficial to consumers- Work collaboratively with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations to ensure Instore Promoters have everything they need to promote Kueski Pay and provide superior customer service: POS materials, account access, training materials, etc.- Ensure through close communication with Account Managers that our actions within the stores are aligned with expectations and restrictions set by Headquarters.- Measure and reward sales targets for Instore Promoters and their assigned stores (by geography and/or brand)- Organize and participate in instore promotions and other events.- Professionally represent Kueski and our partner retailers at all times.- Maintains and shares knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in Instore strategies and techniques.
**Position Requirements**:- 3+ years of retail sales management experience, including experience recruiting, hiring, and training sales and/or marketing team members.- Flexibility required: Availability to work weekends, weekdays, or nights (during store hours), and availability to travel.- Ability to maintain relationships with diverse people and expertise in training and developing junior associates.- Outstanding communication skills.- Positive attitude with excellent sales and customer service skills.- Team leadership and motivation skills.- Math skills to manage plans, implement budgets, and/or conduct data analysis.- Strong work ethics and personal integrity.- General mobile technology skills and abilities.
