Scroll down to learn more about the position's responsibilities and requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Work with instructional and graphic designers to scope and storyboard engaging, interactive eLearning content- Quickly and iteratively develop eLearning and presentation content using best-fit authoring tools and according to the client's templates and SOPs- Collaborate with instructional designers and Subject Matter Experts to improve eLearning and presentation designs and incorporate changes- Conduct QA and continuous improvement- Create and edit instructional videos, including editing voiceovers- Create instructional and explainer animations- Maintain and improve eLearning and presentation templates- Maintain project documentation and SOPs- Communicate regularly with SMEs and colleagues during the development process- Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage internal tools and resources**Requirements**:- 5+ years of eLearning and multimedia design and development experience for Learning and Development- Experience designing and developing for usability, Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance- Knowledge of adult learning theories- Demonstrated expertise using authoring tools, such as Rise, Captivate, Storyline, or Evolve to create sophisticated adaptive learning content- Expert level understanding of visual information design concepts and multimedia principles- Advanced level of expertise with video and audio editing and instructional animation software- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, rapid prototyping, eLearning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
