BeyondID is backed by Tercera, an investment firm specializing in the $460B cloud professional services market.**BeyondID Instructional Designer**:BeyondID specializes in consulting, implementation, and service management for identity, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.The Instructional Designer position designs, develops, and delivers on-demand (i.E., video and/or e-learning), virtual instructor-led, and instructor-led training and certification programs to our employees. In addition, this role creates surveys, assessments, job aids, study guides, and any other learning content needed to serve our employees. The Instructional Designer must ensure delivery of content meets the established guidelines, is completed on time, and meets all standards of BeyondID quality.**Duties and Responsibilities**:The focus of this role will be the successful design, delivery, and development of employee training including the following aspects:- Create and deliver training programs to enable employees to quickly become productive, increase skills, and certify in required technologies.- Mentor employees and track progress towards certification goals.- Conduct training needs analysis to determine critical skills needed to successfully perform employee job role focusing on increased productivity and customer satisfaction.- Create microlearning training videos using Camtasia Studio or other video editing software.- Research, write, gather, organize, and edit existing learning content that can be reimagined for use as training videos, assessments, job aids, study guides, and other knowledge assets.- Adhere to BeyondID Training methods, processes, procedures, and policies in the development and delivery of training.- Proofread and edit content for proper use of grammar, punctuation, and styles in accordance with department guidelines.- Assess content for user engagement and effectiveness.- Manage own work schedule to complete assigned tasks on time.- Certify in Okta technologies and stay up to date with new features and versions as they are released in targeted area of expertise.- Participate in cross-department teams focused on learning and development improvement
