Additional information can be found at www.Gpstrategies.Com.Position: Instructional Designer 2The Instructional Designer applies formalized educational processes to develop training programs for employees of industrial, commercial, service, or government organizations.Main Responsibilities:Design & Content Development:Develop and design high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training manuals, job aids, and multimedia content.Develop realistic and challenging sales scenarios that mirror the complexities of the tech sales landscape.Utilize strong writing skills to create compelling content and scenarios, making use of creative writing, narrative, storytelling techniques.Design creative and effective online trainings with Articulate RISE & Storyline, Captivate, PowerPoint, MOOC, video, and Teams platforms.Apply adult learning and instructional design strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention.Technology and Creativity:Recommend, experiment with, and utilize cutting-edge instructional design tools and technologies to create interactive and dynamic learning experiences, including AI content development and L&D tools.Stay current on industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance training effectiveness.Present, share, and participate in ID communities of practice.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Work strategically with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Successfully manage stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance training materials.Continuously analyze and improve instructional materials based on feedback and performance data.Proactively communicate project timelines and progress to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a tech or sales-focused environment.Scenario development and creative/narrative writing skills.Strong strategic collaboration skills in content creation, training adaptation, and validation.Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
