Job SummaryThe Training Instructor prepares and oversees the delivery of classroom and/or virtual courses to the dealer network according to the training matrix.He must have skills and an open mind for transmitting his knowledge and experience to other people to provide quality training, is responsible for directing and leading groups of professional technicians to support them and solve their doubts during the course. In addition to teaching courses, the instructor carries out complementary activities in conjunction with other areas and 5's practices.Main Activities:Provide Automotive Technical Training according to a calendar of courses.Review the contents of the courses and/or material and provide continuous feedback to improve and update it.Carry out practices of the training content in the systems and/or vehicles with due advance to impart any training, to strengthen and verify that the application of the material prepared is consistent.Guarantee the availability of the necessary elements and equipment for the delivery of the face-to-face and virtual training.Planning, follow-up, and reporting status (with KPI's if it's required) of the assigned projects related to the operation.5's; implementation and application in Gemba.Receive and perform ongoing training through e-Learning, face-to-face and virtual courses of the technical matrix and launching of new product models reinforcing the above using the technical information platform.Requirements:Engineering (Mechanical, automotive, etc.)Proven experience in automotive agencies (desirable)Proven experience giving training, domain of groups (minimum 2 years)Knowledge of workshop tools, metrology, electrical diagrams, and circuitsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKey Skills:Organizational capacityAnalytical capacityTeamworkCommunicativeWork under pressureDynamicTechnical knowledgeProactiveAbility to relate#J-18808-Ljbffr
