Instrumentalist-Metrologist Engineer

2 years of experience in Maintenance areas, and skills in Personnel management, Maintenance planning and programming.Execute Preventive Maintenance routines, Corrective Maintenance(replacement of parts, repair), Projects (additions or modifications ofequipment) and verifications and calibrations.- Solve problems and faults in the process control systems and theinstruments used for control, measurement and testing.- Perform calibrations of the annual preventive and predictive maintenanceprogram and calibrations as well as initial calibrations to newly acquiredinstruments.- Maintain the identification of the calibrated instruments with thecorresponding label.- Prepare a report (certificate) for the verification of the measuringinstrument.- Register in the OT and in the computerized maintenance system, theactivities carried out, the labor used and the duration.- Warehouse MRO material requisitions.- Planning priority 0 maintenance work.**Requirements**:Principles and methodologies of Metrology.- Make timely decisions.- Teamwork.- Knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation.- Basic principles in control of processvariables- Principles of electricity, circuits and controlloops.- Basic principles in maintenance of automaticcontrol valves.
