Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews. Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.**Main Responsibilities**:- Design instrumentation for physical quantities measurement (load, pressure, strain, etc.).- 3D modeling and 2D drawings of testing fixtures & high cycle testing components.- Measured data analysis.- Mechanical evaluation of structures.- Interpretation of FEA reports and correlation with measured data.- Test fixtures integration with other subsystems or tooling equipment.Support test fixtures implementations on-site when required.**What Skills You Need**:- Strong communication skills in English (speaking & writing).- Strong mechanical engineering principles (mechanics of materials, statics, dynamics, etc.).- 3D CAD software experience (CREO Preferred).- 2D drawings experience.- Familiar with manufacturing process for sheet metal, welding and assembly.- Willing to travel.**What Makes You Stand Out**:- FEA experience.- Physical testing (PV&V) experience.- Hands-on experience in Mechanical Design projects.- Familiar with eDAQ.- Familiar with CREO Parametric and PDM/Windchill.- Masters in Mechanical Engineering.**Education (or equivalent experience)**:- Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering degree (Physics, Automotive Design, Mechatronics, Aeronautic, etc.).
