The Omnipod Insulin Management System provides a unique alternative to traditional insulin delivery methods.
With its simple, wearable design, the disposable and waterproof Pod provides up to three days of non-stop insulin delivery, without the need to see or handle a needle.
Insulet's latest innovation, the Omnipod 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System, is a tubeless automated insulin delivery system, integrated with a continuous glucose monitor to manage blood sugar with no multiple daily injections, zero finger sticks, and is fully controlled by a compatible personal smartphone.
Insulet also leverages the unique design of its Pod by tailoring its Omnipod technology platform for the delivery of non-insulin subcutaneous drugs across other therapeutic areas.Position Overview:We are currently hiring a passionate individual as a Human Resource Generalist under the HR team.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the CPXO Product Support team and the Site HRBP regarding all Insulet Human Resource related activities in order to support the built and growth of the organization.
The Human Resources Generalist provides organizational and operational support to the business in the following areas:Manage information of a sensitive nature and always maintain discretion and confidentialityEnsure compliance with local labor laws and HR practicesSupport other projects, programs, or duties as requiredResponsibilities:Provides senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training and HR related projectsWorks closely with the functional CPXO HRBP as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include Performance Management, Work force Planning, Employee Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Recruitment, Exit and/or Compensation-related action itemsCustomizes and delivers specific functional HR initiatives such as coaching managers on performance management, employee development and succession management planningProvides and communicates accurate information to employees regarding benefit eligibility and coverage, in partnership with our Rewards COEProactively addresses employees' concerns, grievances and coordinates any necessary investigations required, in partnership with the ER advisorInterfaces with government agencies when necessaryOwn employee onboarding processes and activities for PS and CPXOAdminister performance appraisal and compensation programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organizationAdministers and promote employee recognition programs.Assists in the documentation/administration of any disciplinary procedureCoordinate development programs, performance review and incentive plan processesMay need to prepare reports based on the needs of the organization supportedWork closely with Talent Acquisition team on issues pertaining Indirect Labour hiring & Direct Labour hiring.Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resource or any related studies4-6 years of working experience in a Human Resources capacity.Experience in a call center environment or growing/ building a new site preferredStrong English language skills (oral and written) neededRequired Skills and Competencies:Knowledgeable on employment laws regarding employment practicesHighly customer service focused and team oriented.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, systems and processes.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and respective federal and state employment laws.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).Results-oriented, resourceful self-starter with great time management and execution skills.Embraces challenges and change; flexible, adaptable, and reliable.Strong attention to detail, systems, and processes.
Continuous improvement mindset.Strong problem solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills.Ability to work with confidential information and to be tactful and discreet.Have a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficient skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.Additional Information:The position can be onsite, Guadalajara, MexicoHybrid can be considered based on performance and after some months.NOTE: This position requires on-site working (requires on-site office/plant/lab work).
