**Possess an irresistible character, charm, and relentless drive for success.Resilient in the face of rejection and continuously seeking to learn and improve their customer service and sales skills.- **PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED OR WORKING FREELANCE**:- **HOURLY RATE STARTS AT $5 UP TO $8 PLUS COMMISSIONS****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Dial a minimum of 200 calls per day, with provided leads and follow up with every prospect to advance the sales process.- Introduce products via outbound calls by addressing customer needs, communicating value, and building trust with prospective clients.- Handle objections and provide effective rebuttals to close deals.- Achieve the minimum weekly sales quota and actively contribute to future sales through proactive and dedicated efforts.- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, capturing valuable information.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Personal work equipment: Desktop computer with a camera or a laptop computer with WINDOWS Operating System (OS) and MS Office.- USB noise-canceling headphones.- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with backup power and internet.- Willingness to work Pacific Standard Time- Can start immediately
