Insurance Service Representative - Virtual Assistant

**JOB SCOPE**:
As an ambassador to Cover Desk Mexico, you will represent and support a US-based insurance agency to serve as their Virtual Assistant.
You will support the agency to provide insurance customer service and back-office assistance which may include bilingual phone support in Spanish and English.

**JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Demonstrate the ability to receive inbound bilingual telephone calls from insurance customers that require basic customer service assistance
- Ability to potentially transfer select inbound telephone calls to internal licensed employees to further assist the customer
- Spirited to work as a team-player and will directly report to leadership in the United States
