.**Primary Purpose**:Provide leadership and supervision to insurance operations team by delegating workload, monitoring and managing direct reports, collaborating with team management and guiding achievement of quality and productivity standards within area of responsibility.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
