We bring together the brightest minds to create breakthrough technology solutions, helping our customers make their mark on the world.A key part of the eCommerce, Experience, and Change Leadership (EECL) organization, the Global Change Leadership team drives adoption of complex transactional changes for new business models, processes, policies, tools, and behaviors with our Sales Teams, Channel Partners, and Customers.We are seeking an ambitious and experienced team member to drive the project intake duties within the Global Change Leadership team. You will be responsible for intake of projects across transactional capabilities, and platform integration and will drive MoC (management of change) planing across initiatives.**How you´ll make your mark**:- Define and communicate criteria for intake- Work with stakeholders and project teams to ensure that intake process and criteria is well understood- Analyze scope, impact, risk and transactional readiness of pending projects to determine intake plan and timing- Support prioritization based on feasibility, criticality and degree of expected impact- Create transactional MOC plan and timeline for new projects- Closely work with the Project Manager to ensure overall alignment, planning and monitoring of progress- Facilitate weekly interlocks and additional sessions as needed- Monitor ongoing changes to scope, risks, project timelines and dependencies- Ensure progress towards key milestones across MOC timeline- Raise MoC and project risks to MoC Project Manager- Facilitate regular interlocks, manage stakeholders expectations and provide updates across work streams, teams and BUs- Deliver executive presentations on MOC progress and gaps identified- Support Change Leader and Project Manager on ad-hoc strategic tasks and deliverables**About you**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
