This role presents a unique opportunity for the right professional, who will be the initial point of contact between Rockpoint and law offices to present our products and services and establish new long-term business relationships and partnerships. The ideal candidate will facilitate a variety of requests related to Rockpoint's products and service offerings and actively discuss ways to add value to our clients, while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients who are personal injury attorneys and legal case managers.Responsibilities: Obtain case information and process requests. Actively cross-selling products and services to clients by seeking opportunities to maximize cases. Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails from law firms, surgical facilities, hospitals, and doctors regarding funding processes, surgeries. Preparing files to submit to the Account Management team for review. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case information. Manage and organize client intake paperwork and documentation. Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients throughout the intake process, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Ensure accurate record keeping and notating of clients personal details and medical histories before clients are transferred. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have Intake Specialist experience, preferably in the personal injury space. Must be detail-oriented, very organized, and possess a strong multitasking ability.
