.The DYADlaw Intake Specialist will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will be responsible for interviewing clients to gather client information needed to file thier immigration case. Additionally, this role will input and maintain the clients profile and personal information in the companies CMS.**Responsibilities**- Call clients to complete their initial client intake questionnaire- Input and maintain client information in CMS- Collaborate with team members on missing intake dara and follow-up with clients to gather info- Maintain client records in firm CRM- Review and validate form information with clients- And various other production/ administrative tasks**Requirements**:- Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively- Must be organized and analytical- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related software.- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask- Ability to prioritize and discern what is important, including sense of urgency- Recognize the need and uphold confidentiality at all times- Ability to get high speed internet, and a quiet place to work at home- Ability to work independently and complete a set of tasks.- Associates degree required in related field.- 1 - 3 years experience in an administrative or similar position.**Classification**Salary, Non-Exempt**Pay**$12K MXN**Schedule**Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
