Job Title: Senior Integrated Business Planning (IBP) AnalystMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.About the Role:This position requires creating and publishing Micron's monthly OPS plan in accordance with corporate strategies and priorities. The successful candidate will interact with Micron's global team members at various levels of the organization, both within and outside of the Supply Chain. Key responsibilities include:Publishing 3-year manufacturing plans, shipment plans, scenario sellable supply, and inventory plansHighlighting and driving resolution to planning issues associated with compiling the OPS PlanPartnering with Global Operations and Corporate strategy to develop factory network and loading strategiesRoot causing gaps between supply capability and bottoms-up supply/demand matchThe ideal candidate will have:Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skillsAbility to effectively prioritize work and adjust to situations involving conflicting goalsExcellent communication and analytical skills driven by a logical thought processDemonstrated ability to efficiently collect customer requirements and leverage appropriate data sources to organize, report, and analyze dataMicron offers a competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
