And we're on the hunt for crazy talented humans.We have a great opportunity for a Mid-weight Integrated Designer to work within a new team, to assist our team in delivering best-in-class, digital and print creative campaigns for a variety of our high-profile brands.You will be involved in concepting, strategizing and developing engaging visual communications for a mix of digital campaigns, websites, social media, digital activations, print, OOG and POS. You together with your creative team will work on a multitude of diverse projects from concept through to delivery ensuring tasks are completed on time and on brand.You'll ideally be from a digital or production agency background with around 5 years' experience upward. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.Our team will work across the following, but not limited to:Digital MarketingSocial ContentPrintOOHPOSAdaptationsProduct and campaign assetsRe-purpose and adapt existing brand toolkits to create engaging fresh content.What you'll be doing in the role:Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, social content, print, OOH, POS and advertising.Define the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects.Implement existing brand guidelines on projects.Develop user centred and engaging responsive web and email layouts.Develop printed collateral from start to repro ready.The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative.Present your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.Keep up to date with current design trends.Understand what makes GREAT content e.G., best practices for making ecommerce, social assets, mobile first, OOH, POS, and other printed collateral
