**Integrated Marketing Manager**

**What you will be doing**
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with our company's business objectives and C-suite audiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and position our company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Manage the creation and production of marketing collateral, including industry reports, case studies, podcasts, videos, and other materials that support our thought leadership initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and audience insights that inform our marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, using data and insights to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing and communication assets and services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in integrated marketing and communication to drive innovation and thought leadership within our organization.
**What you bring to the team**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, events, business, or a related field.
A master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing and communication, with a focus on B2B and thought leadership campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize results.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external partners, including agencies and vendors.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in integrated marketing and communication, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- A passion for creating innovative and impactful marketing and communication strategies that drive business success.
