This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on our mission while leveraging your extensive marketing experience in a purpose-driven environment.WHAT YOU'LL DOStrategic Campaign Development and ExecutionCraft and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audiences, including families in our program, developers, and municipalities.Localize campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and maximum impact in the Mexican market.Manage the work of external vendors when necessary.Multi-Channel ManagementOversee and optimize our digital presence across various platforms, including social media, website, email, and digital PR.Curate engaging content that tells our story and showcases our impact, leveraging video to engage audiences.Plan and execute impactful events that bring our mission to life.Develop sales and partner tools that support a cohesive representation of our solutions.Brand GuardianshipEnsure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints, working in collaboration with our brand lead in the U.S. and a designer in Mexico.Collaborate with designers and writers to create compelling marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with our teams in the U.S. and Mexico to effectively communicate the impact of our housing solutions.Partner with the Impact and Investment teams to create materials that inspire donor engagement and support.Results-Driven MarketingEstablish clear, measurable goals for all marketing initiatives.Implement robust tracking systems to monitor campaign performance.Provide regular, insightful reports to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.WHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent experience.5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in the financial services, investment, nonprofit or social impact sectors, however, candidates with other backgrounds are welcome to apply.Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and marketing attribution.Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with experience working within cross-functional teams.Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Passion for social impact and innovative solutions to one of the world's biggest problems!REPORTING STRUCTUREThis role is an individual contributor role that reports to the Sr
