**Integrated Marketing Manager** to play an important role on our AI Strategy
proactive, collaborative, detail oriented, organized, and feels a rush when a job is done
exceptionally well. If you enjoy a challenge finding creative solutions in today's ever
- evolving media landscape and building things from scratch, we want you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Redesign and build the process for proposal building by partnering up with client development team and sr. leadership
- Develops proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.
- Prepare presentations for clients for use in pitches to major brands and partners
- Understanding of social platforms, current trends and social media creator ecosystem
- Takes lead in articulating complex ideas simply and effectively
- Prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complexor unique inquiries.
- Establishes a tracking system with win-loss information to optimize our messaging, products, and processes.
- Manage copywriting, visualizations, and creation of new slides to properly articulate complex ideas.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and award-winning campaigns sharing those with your direct reports and key stakeholders
- Stay up to date on Platform updates/changes as well as emerging Platform trends
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint or Google Slides)
- 2 -3 years experience with social media campaigns or influencer-based marketing
- An affinity for brand storytelling
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated collaborative skills and the ability to use a
- Variety of web-based communication tools
