The company is growing rapidly and it demands strong, focused and flexible talent capable of achieving aggressive brand goals at a fast pace.Role Responsibilities:Position Responsibilities:- You will create, execute and measure innovative and effective multi-channel media strategies that exceed target goals.- Experience in multimedia strategy, digital + offline campaigns, media and lifestyle trends and their impact to the business to input media effectiveness. Main goal: Brand Awareness, Brand Building.- You will be responsible to lead media agencies and digital inhouse team, win-win collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships to maintain the role as trusted media advisor and work closely with other functional areas to co-achieve results.- Experience working closely with large scale media partners and procurement teams to create negotiation strategies and deliver media rates efficiencies short and medium term for spanish speaking markets in Latam.- Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities or threats. Continuously seek and analyze media innovation opportunities to improve brand OKRs and business metrics.- Measure and manage impact of marketing activity on the customer lifecycle. Track, measure and communicate agency post-buy reports to find optimization opportunities and grant efficiency of the media strategies.- Experience working closely with BI and Data analytics teams to input data driven campaigns and measure media effectiveness throughout the funnel / campaign stages.- Juggle successfully multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast, culturally diverse and lean work environment
