No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThis position will support the SC Integration Team (eCommerce and Retail) during the commercialization and scale-up phase of Product Innovation Projects through data input and maintenance and report creation and compilation.Your ImpactAs Integration Analyst, your functions would consist of:Maintaining weekly project status updates in QuickbaseProviding inputs to Commercial & Marketing teams for Retail Stage GatePreparing and issuing production advices and other Supply Chain communications to authorize manufacturing changes and update supply chain systems with new product informationExecute Data setup integration for Innovation – SAP, NIS, Hercules, HandheldsRetail & eCommerce InnovationPull and assess data to support Innovation PlanningUpdating and maintaining new item data set up informationMaintaining and updating status and milestones in project management databaseProviding updates to leadership presentations from data being maintainedUploading and refreshing data source and reporting tools for the commercialization teamQualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationBS degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or related fieldExperienceEntrepreneurial mindset that is willing to bring solutions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Excellent project management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a good understanding of the supply chain cost structure and driversLeadership and influence management skills and able to function effectively in a cross-functional team environmentMust be results-oriented with strong execution skills.
