Overview:This employee has constant contact with other company departments as well as outside vendors.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze business and user needs regarding GMF's compliance and policy standards around IAM, document requirements and onboard or revise new or existing systems as necessary.Supports the IAM intake and acts as the functional specialist to gather key business requirements and provide support for the access certifications.- Serves as a liason between engineers and business customers regarding IAM processes.- Assist with the creation, documentation, and execution of test scripts for supported systems and research and implement solutions to issues identified during testing.- Supports and develops automation and integration with CMDB.- Provide production and ad-hoc reporting and interface solutions to complex query needs of the business using a variety of reporting tools.- Communicate with management and business partners on business systems and project status.- Interact with business units to ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained.- Perform other duties as assigned.- Conform with all company policies and procedures.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, informatics, cybersecurity or related.- Advanced English skills (will be evaluated in interviews).- At least 2 years of previous experience in IT support activities.- Detail oriented,- Advanced understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes.- Strong understanding of CyberSecurity risks and procedures.- Demonstrated success in project management.- Knowledge of MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) and SSO (Single Sign On).- Advanced knowledge of RBAC (Role Based Access Control).- Knowledge and stay abreast on the latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts and vulnerabilities.- Advanced knowledge IAM, and certifications.- Knowledge of IT security processes and controls.Exposure to various Process Automation tools (such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.) will be seen as a strength and an added advantage.- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Automation solutions strongly preferred.- Strong analytical skills.- Ability to approach problems with an open-mind, use existing information and resources.- Creative, Innovative, problem-solving and maximizing potential to solve problems and improve methods.- Think positively when faced with obstacles, build on others ideas, think logically and intuitively.LI-MA1Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
