Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.- **Follow and provide improvements to all integration processes and services**- ** Proactively monitor integration issues and service availability, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clear**- ** Provide customers with documentation, example code, direction, and tools**- ** Engage with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportable**- ** Ensure compliance of all security measures in integration support**- ** Troubleshoot integration and certification environment issues**- ** Collaborate with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certifications**- ** Ensure efficiency by automating manual activities**- ** Continually evaluate tools and technologies**- ** Mentor and train other Integration Engineers and other team members as needed
