Because why not do it all?**WHAT TO EXPECT****Key responsibilities**- Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful input and feedback related to technology development- Liaise with internal teams (e.G. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements- Execute detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to support technology identification and implementation- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities- Identify, record, document, and track bugs/fixes/updates- Monitor all stages of software, firmware and hardware development to identify and resolve issues in order to meet quality standards- Establish, monitor and address issues through root-cause, utilizing Quality Assurance metrics- Lead the problem-solving process through root-cause resolution- Advocate as the Voice of the Customer by collecting and acting upon end-customer data- Provide reporting and assessment of collected qualitative and quantitative data- Support customer setup and troubleshooting, both in testing and installed use cases- Maintain close interaction with stakeholders- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies**ABOUT YOU**- 2 - 4 years of experience Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree or equivalent experience- 2+ years of experience with software Quality Assurance; software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and various stages of software quality assurance including configuration, performance testing, requirements analysis, test planning, reporting/control and root cause analysis; software test development and software testing, particularly using automated testing tools and developing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases with the ability to design tests and test software, quickly and effectively- English fluent- Experience using various bug tracking, source control and build release tools (ie: TFS, JIRA, GIT)- Familiarity with software languages and technologies, and interest in understanding and keeping up with new developments in the software industry- Organized and process-oriented individual with ability to maintain excellent process/testing/build release documentation and reports
